to those who DON'T know, I got a call from the temp agency yesterday, and she said that they were VERY impressed with me, and only had one concern. which was if i was willing to work with autocad as well (since they knew how ive been looking for a photoshop position). so they asked her to find out if i would be comfortable using autocad sometimes too.
i told her YES DEFINETLY!!! she said that they really like me, and that they are going to get together tomorrow (which is now Today)to discuss. she said it sounded more positive that they WILL want to hire me, then not.
i will give it a couple days, then call if i still hear no word.
and just because i want to, here is a picture of me on day of interview, what i wore. (i did my hair better after the picture)

OH MY GOODNESS!!! Didn't you see that huge stain on your pants? Didn't you wonder why they were all laughing?

Seriously Lisa, sometimes these things take time. If the company is as laid back as you said they are, the decision to hire somebody might not happen as quick as you'd like. That could be due to procrastination on their part. Keep your confidence level high but not too high.
Did you email and thank them for the interview?

yes dad, i emailed a thank you letter the day after. i still feel confident. i actually had a dream last night i got the job :-)
